The 
Dining Car on the California Zephyr was famous across
the land for providing the best in railroad cuisine. The food
itself was only half of the treat: the presentation was the
other. Everything from the car decor to the smartly dressed
and courteous waiters, to the table settings with fresh flowers
was designed to enhance the food itself.
